There are 118 waking hours in a week. Looking at your list above, how many hours do you spend each week on the 10. Put your number next to each item. Take an average week for an overall picture.*
integrity vs. INTEGRITY: What implied or spoken agreements have you not kept? I define integrity in two ways. The small ‘i’ integrity is defined by keeping implied or spoken agreements with self or another. The large ‘I’ INTEGRITY means wholeness; it is what it is’. Personal INTEGRITY is who you know yourself to be at your core and you are congruent with your words, actions and behavior.*
